Strength

 

My goal is to give you the freedom that comes when realizing the strength that you are capable of.


Bone, Joint, and Muscle health

 

Healthy joints, bones, and muscles come from safe consistent training, and are key to living pain free, and doing the things you love.


Mobility

 

Mobility is essential for healthy everyday movement and for strength training. Being flexible enough to achieve proper form on an exercise is important and must be prioritized over adding weight.


Nutrition

 

A well balanced diet will be one of the primary building blocks behind all other aspects of your physical health. Fats will serve many functions, but one major function is lubrication of your joints. Another is assisting to carry nutrients through the blood. Carbohydrates are your primary energy source and will give you the energy to perform quick powerful tasks. Proteins are the building blocks of your body, which is always breaking down and rebuilding. Everything in your body is either made of, or made from protein. This means it is essential to keep a steady flow of materials going in to allow your body to rebuild instead of deteriorate.
